Krisumi Corporation is all set to launch the new Krisumi Waterfall Residencies, a mini Japanese waterfall residency in Gurgaon that will simply take your breath away. Krisumi Corporation is soon launching Krisumi City Gurgaon Waterfall Residences, featuring top-notch amenities.
The 65-acre township will have 5,000 apartments (18 million sq ft) developed in 7-8 phases over 10 years.
Phase 3 will feature over 450 apartments (1.2 million sq ft) and will be finished within 4-5 years.
Krisumi City Gurgaon's master plan and architectural design are by NIKKEN SEKKEI, a renowned Japanese firm.
Construction for the first phase of the project is expected to begin this year.
The project will include a high-end retail mall, educational institutions, a premium hotel, and upscale office spaces.
